This show is a celebration & an outstanding tribute to a career spanning six decades. Bob Seger has sold more than 75 million records worldwide, making him one of the world’s best selling artists of all time. A member of the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame and Songwriters Hall of Fame, Seger was named Billboard’s 2015 Legend of Live honoree at the 12th annual Billboard Touring Conference & Awards. A roots rocker with a classic raspy, powerful voice, Bob Seger wrote and recorded songs that dealt with love, women, and blue-collared themes and is an example of a heartland rock artist. He has recorded many hits, including ‘Nightmoves’, Turn the Page’, ‘Still the Same’, ‘We’ve Got Tonight’, ‘Against the Wind’, ‘You’ll Accomp’ny Me’, ‘Hollywood Nights’, ‘Mainstreet’, ‘Like A Rock’, and ‘Shakedown’, the last of which was written for the 1987 film Beverly Hills Cop II and topped the Billboard 100 chart. His recording of ‘Old Time Rock n Roll’ was named one of the BEST Songs of the Century in 2001.
With time and dedication, Mark Anthony has put together a one of a kind tribute show ‘Night Moves: A Tribute to Bob Seger’ and for the past decade, has filled theatres and concert venues with his spot on interpretation of the Detroit rocker.
